I have bern using Cupid Cleaners for more than 6 years. Every time I drop off or pick up my clothes, I am always met with a smile, a hullo and quick to get my dry cleaned clothes from suits to shirts to ties. I have never had a problem or if a spot was not quite gone they are quick to re-do the tie. I love our quick discussions of how they are doing and visa versa. A few times I have walked in and waited my turn only to see the client being rude, loud and demanding. The staff were ALWAYS POLITE & would just go quiet as the person was shouting his displeasure. Shirt $2.60, Suits $13.60, dress only $9 this place is only affordable in DC for sure. Owners serve from their heart! Surprising some people leave review it’s overrated. They should try out different places and have sense about service and price. Quality of service is 10/10.
Stumbled upon this place while on a walk. Very cute inside with lots of plants! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the service was top notch! Definitely will go again when needing clothes dry cleaned
