There are a few 1-star reviews (isolated incidences, it seems) that bring this overall rating way down!! Having 3 dogs and 2 cats, I frequently visit this place! It's been over 4 years now, and I have yet to have a bad experience! Thanks to a wonderful team!! I appreciate you!

This is an amazing veterinary hospital. I had a few visits with them and have found them to handle everything with care. When i arrived to DC, my dog, Tracy, was already 16 with a few senior problems. The first visit I had was for a pet travel certificate, and while it can be a little pricey (though this was the cheapest of options), they handled everything very well and reassured me of every part of the process. Unfortunately, my next visit was for an end of life discussion. While i am still grieving from the loss of my baby, they handled everything with care. We were moving and my cat needed a health certificate for travel. Called around several offices and happened upon CityPaws. Dr. Decker and his staff were more than helpful. They were knowledgeable about the process and followed through with everything that we talked about. Very quick, efficient, and accountable. I wish I was still living in DC to continue to visit their office!
