Dr. Tsaknis and his team, including Dr. Laura Styron, take the time to explain treatment options and listen to patients' concerns, making them feel comfortable and trusting. The practice is honest and caring, working at the patient's pace. While there may be some administrative issues, such as communication about fees and medical records, the dentists and staff prioritize patient care and strive to improve their services.

Dr. John Tsaknis is the best!!! I am so grateful to have found City Dental!!! I was in terrible pain but with short notice they still made time to see me. From the front desk clerk, dental assistant/hygienist etc. everyone was pleasant and inviting. My dentist Dr. John Tsaknis was extremely gentle and did not one thing without explaining LmFreckledBo!! Dr. Tsaknis was able to fit me in for an emergency when my normal dentist couldn’t. His staff was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The office was clean and easy to find. Dr. Tsaknis took the time to really explain and walk through what my issue was and what my options were. Had a great experience!
