My visit was fantastic!! Dr. Burgess was very knowledgeable abs gentle with me. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this clinic. Can’t wait to get back!!!

She's nice. I just find it hard to continue to go to her when she doesn't take insurance and the fee to see her is over $400. Also, it is hard to get in contact with people in the office. I went to her for Fraxel laser...Saw improvements with the test spot she did, but when I went back two other times, saw nothing! Not sure what that is about. Her prices are pretty high as well. I found a different place with free consultation fees and slightly cheaper prices AND they take insurance. I think she should get a billing department to help since that is the reason she doesn't take insuranceUPDATE: the pricing here is outrageous, lol. I have been a patient of dott. Burgess for more than 10 years. I highly value her knowledge, experience and professionalism. I have been treated by dott. Burgess with derma fillers and Botox and the results have always been very natural and satisfying.she also removed several moles and other small skin imperfections. Her experience in the techniques for injecting fillers gives me great comfort given the potential for serious consequences when injections are done by inexperienced people. Dott. Burgess always explain the procedures and has great bed manners. I highly recommend her.
