I like this store a lot as it carries all my favorite brands and always has something new to try out. But the service here has gone downhill so much in recent years. Recently I had a visit that felt insulting at the store. The salesperson Taleba was just standing silently watch me look for products without offering any help, gave me minimum verbal communication when I made the purchase and didn’t say anything when I thanked her. Is Bluemercury usually racist or can’t they afford to hire staff that matches their prices? I’m just expecting normal level human interaction and somehow I feel insulted.
