Michelle saved my compromised skin and is hands down the store’s greatest asset. They did not have the product I came in for but she recommended an even better one for the same price and added samples. Her help changed everything.
    Goodbye Sephora.

I like this store a lot as it carries all my favorite brands and always has something new to try out. But the service here has gone downhill so much in recent years. Recently I had a visit that felt insulting at the store. The salesperson Taleba was just standing silently watch me look for products without offering any help, gave me minimum verbal communication when I made the purchase and didn’t say anything when I thanked her.
