About Bluemercury

Bluemercury is a beauty store known for its helpful and knowledgeable staff. Many customers have praised the exceptional service, particularly highlighting how team members provide personalized recommendations and support. One customer shared how a staff member saved her compromised skin by recommending a better product and offering samples. Another customer received caring assistance after a laser treatment, with staff analyzing her skin tone and providing the right products to cover bruising, even applying makeup for her. However, there have been recent concerns about declining service quality, with some customers feeling ignored or unappreciated during their visits. While the store carries a variety of favorite brands, the inconsistency in customer service has raised questions about the overall experience at Bluemercury.

Michelle saved my compromised skin and is hands down the store’s greatest asset. They did not have the product I came in for but she recommended an even better one for the same price and added samples. Her help changed everything.
    Goodbye Sephora.

I like this store a lot as it carries all my favorite brands and always has something new to try out. But the service here has gone downhill so much in recent years. Recently I had a visit that felt insulting at the store. The salesperson Taleba was just standing silently watch me look for products without offering any help, gave me minimum verbal communication when I made the purchase and didn’t say anything when I thanked her. Is Bluemercury usually racist or can’t they afford to hire staff that matches their prices? I’m just expecting normal level human interaction and somehow I feel insulted.
