The staff and management at the DuPont shop is extraordinary. Really knowledgeable about the breadth of products (not easy). Darain is my “go to” person for my skin care needs and she has made several really valuable suggestions to my routine - definite noticeable results. Harpa, the manager, is always welcoming and really keeps this shop in top shape. I used to order online and have gone to other Blue Mercury stores but have now standardized on in-person skin care product fulfillment at the DuPont shop.

First time looking for a toner and exfoliator, and I got the perfect options for an amazing price! Dajah was an amazing help throughout the process; Will come again for all my skin care needs!

Dejah might be one of the best sales associates I’ve ever met! She made bluemercury a very welcoming space, something that, much like a few other reviewers, I did not think was possible. She took the time to explain ingredient lists to me, learn my skin type, and talk with me while redoing my entire base routine to color match me! I cannot recommend her enough, so if you go to this location, ask for Dejah!
