Plant was never delivered and no one called me or the recipient. I even called the afternoon of the delivery to confirm everything was on track for a delivery that day. I found out 5 days later when a friend told me it had not been delivered.

I’ve recently stopped by this flower shop in Eastern Market and picked up their beautiful bouquets on a couple of occasions. The assortment of pre-arranged flowers were beautiful, colorful, in great shape, and lasted!

My BF ordered me a gift for Valentines and it wasn't delivered. They ignored calls/emails and when he finally got in touch with them they said the delivery truck was still out until 8 pm but the delivery never came. This place has terrible reviews going back ten years on Google and Yelp. I would not rely on them for anything important. Shut down the online portion of your business if you can't handle it.Edit: delivery was a day late but they were very apologetic and brought a box of chocolate to make up for it so I will bump it up to 3 from 1. But still make note of the delay and kind of messed up my boos surprise.
