I’ve recently stopped by this flower shop in Eastern Market and picked up their beautiful bouquets on a couple of occasions. The assortment of pre-arranged flowers were beautiful, colorful, in great shape, and lasted!

My BF ordered me a gift for Valentines and it wasn't delivered. They ignored calls/emails and when he finally got in touch with them they said the delivery truck was still out until 8 pm but the delivery never came. This place has terrible reviews going back ten years on Google and Yelp. I would not rely on them for anything important. Shut down the online portion of your business if you can't handle it.Edit: delivery was a day late but they were very apologetic and brought a box of chocolate to make up for it so I will bump it up to 3 from 1. But still make note of the delay and kind of messed up my boos surprise.

I agree they have beautiful flowers and if you are there on the weekends to stroll through Eastern Market, they are great. However, they don’t answer the phone, including the one they post in the booth to contact if they are “out on a delivery” and they aren’t reliably open during the week. I have never been able to get anyone to answer, ever.
