I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to keep up, and being new to the studio, I wasn't too sure of what was needed coming in. Kendra was at the front desk and accessible to instruct me on what to bring into the space. Her instruction during the class was great. There were options for modification, but her energy in the room made me want to push through when it became challenging. The room was filled with what seemed like regulars (of all shapes and sizes) who were committed and ready, and that added to the experience.

While I was new to the Flexit class, the teacher Jazzalyn helped me move my not-so-flexible body through the routines with expert guidance and a real sense of caring. She gave me options for poses I found difficult.

I'm usually a Bikram Yoga Works Riverdale guy, but I love the vibe and classes at Ivy City too. What's nice is that whichever studio you go to, it feels like the same community.
