I haven't been to a salon in years because I was always met by a bunch of bougie for reason owner's, clients and stylists. Not at Basic Necessity in NW, DC. They were welcoming, professional and down to earth. The place was clean and up-to-date on its decor and everything. I got a since of family while I was there. All the clients who came and went were clearly happy with there hair. My hair was certainly bomb!! I think I found my place. Thanks Ebone!

Shawn, Tabitha, Tracy and others are the real deal! I love the way they wash my hair, my twists are banging and the Brazilian Blowouts the other ladies get is gorgeous! All natural all the time!
