Horrible customer service. Charging one price on the phone and another in person is unprofessional. Having an attitude and running out the door to request tip (that was already given to another employee) is unprofessional. Trying to charge $15 extra for a service you gave without asking permission or letting the customer know is unprofessional.The lady who actually did my hair was kind and did a good job but she didn’t seem familiar with crotchet (needed the managers guidance) and took over double the time that I was told on the phone. I will not be back. God bless.

If human were perfect I would this people are perfect, cuz the level of treatment I got from this salon is superb. I'll want to go there over and over. Their efficiency is a topnotch and dexterity is second to non. I recommended them to all my friends with dreadlocks, and their experience is quite satisfactory and laden with manifold appreciation. Thanks again I can't wait to be there again.

I've had my hair done here a few times now and each time is equally horrendous, but this time takes the cake. The quality of their styles is hit or miss; sometimes they do a great job and sometimes they have someone doing your hair who has never done that style before and is clueless. The one thing that's consistent is the -awful- customer service. I've seen women walk out of the salon in frustration many times, and I've considered doing it myself. I waited for an hour after my appointment time before someone even started my hair, and the stylist would routinely walk away from me for 30 or 40 minutes at a time for 'breaks'. They even upcharged me 40 dollars for having thicker hair after I already agreed to pay the price listed on their website! The only reason I kept coming here is because there was literally nowhere else for me to go. But spare yourself the headache and find somewhere else.
