Mike was great! Great customer service super nice. I had to leave my car and they gave me a complimentary Lyft drive home and back to pick up the car. The diagnostic report was SUPER DETAILED!!! They took photos and then Mike explained to me everything on my report. They send it to your phone so you can always go back to it. This was the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop! 10/10 Definitely would recommend

Positive experience with Josh and Mike at the 601 Rhode Island Avenue location. They were professional, attentive, and turned our car around for us inside one day and got the work done into the evening. They kindly let me pick up the car later into the evening after what I think was their closing time. Tim was the mechanic that worked on our car. I appreciate the service and the professionalism that this shop showed.
