I worked with Annie almost every week for four months and pretty intensively over the course of six months. Her physical therapy and needling were a miracle. When we began working together I could hardly walk or exercise due to a back issue. I'm completely back to a full exercise routine now and stronger than I was to begin with. If you are in pain, I enthusiastically recommend seeking out Active Health Solutions. Both Annie and Devin helped me navigate my own treatment through a low back injury. They are knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining treatment procedures and the anatomical causes of my pain. This allowed me to implement their recovery plan on my own. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

Annie is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to the health and outcome of her patients. She provides exercises that can be incorporated into her patient's life that maximize benefit to the patient but also work with the patient's availability. She is literally a life saver. Once I thought my foot was broken. I couldn't walk! Annie came over examined me, messaged my footnote, and by the end of the appointment I was walking! Annie is great with hypermobility too.
