I got all of my keys and card holder stolen this past weekend. Part of which was my car key, which means I needed to get my car towed to a dealership near by to get a new key. They don’t take appointments but after hearing how upset I was, the owner helped take down all my info and scheduled a time for Monday AM so we could make the dealership appointment on time. The tow driver himself was a very nice man - did everything he could think of to get my car out of a tight parallel parked spot. They helped make a very very bad and stressful situation better.
