    I love these classes! I’ve taken sewing 1, sewing 2, and sewing 3, and plan to take quilting next! I had a sewing machine, but never managed to find the time to learn. The one time I tried to learn on my own, it was so difficult (even with Youtube videos)!

    Antoinette has decades of experience, and it shows! She makes sure you understand what you are doing and why, so you’re not just following the steps, which I'm often guilty of.

    I can’t recommend Antoinette’s classes enough! I have learned so much from her in just three introductory class sessions and have already signed up for my next class. Not only has my level of skill grown, my confidence in learning a new skill and as a sewer has grown too.

    Antoinette is an excellent teacher. She provides the right amount of guidance and encouragement and answers questions when you have them, while encouraging you to develop muscle memory so you can sew on your own as well.     I had a great time with Antoinette and her sewing studio. I took Into to Sewing I, not knowing how to even thread a machine and I walked away with the basic foundations of sewing (setting up a machine, threading a bobbin and machine, straight stitch and zigzag stitch), reading and trying to understand a basic clothing pattern, seam allowances, and correcting your mistakes (believe me you will make a lot). With that knowledge, I walked away knowing enough to start sewing gifts for the holidays and started to do so while in class. I also walked away with a handmade totebag and a paid of pajama pants.
