My interaction at this receptionist was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered in any dry cleaning facility. This is unfortunate because the older women who I believe run the store is great.

Went to get measurements and the lady said they don’t take measurements. How are you making alternations without any measurements. Was willing to pay for the service but the attitude was very dismissive and the shop had a bad smell.
Brought in a broken zipper. Told me it was going to take to a certain date, was late on it and give me an even later date. I went there to pick it up (days after the date I was given), and they told me to pick up a broken zipper 2-3 days later. I needed it by today. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m beyond frustrated, and disappointed.
