I have thinning and naturally curly/frizzy hair. I usually would get cheap haircuts because I thought my hair was hopeless. In addition to this, I bleached my hair using an at-home kit from CVS. I keep my hair in a pony tail and put Moroccan oil in it after a shower to tame the frizz. That's about all I do.My friend was sick of me not looking like my best self, so she recommended Christine at 1201 Salon and even made the appointment for me! What a great friend. They even allowed me to bring my little dog, who got a lot of pets. Big points for that.Christine took one look at my hair and said, "Don't ever do anything to your own hair again." Love going here the atmosphere makes you feel better and the services are the best. The owner is amazing and her team of stylists and staff are so welcoming and friendly. I recommend 1201 salon dc for anyone looking for a men’s or women’s haircut as well as hair color and blow dry. They handled our wedding party and everyone loved the hair services.
