Overall, Tribury Eye Care is a highly recommended practice with outstanding customer service.
I’ve had great exams with Dr. Berzansky and have been so pleased with my contacts and new glasses. On top of that, I called to order contacts because I realized I was dangerously close to running out right before a trip. The person I spoke to was super kind and helpful and told me they would arrive at my home within a week. They arrived the next day! I am overjoyed and SO pleased with the service! Tribury Eye Care for the win!
Dr. Baideme was amazing. I have had an issue with my vision that my doctor at another practice had ignored for a couple of years. Each year I have gotten glasses that helped my vision but didn't really address the underlying (more complicated) issue. Dr. Baideme really listened to my issue and worked to get to a prescription that will hopefully address it. I spent over an hour with her, which I expect far exceeded our allotted time.
I have been going to this practice for many years even though it's nearly 25 miles away from me. I've had an outstanding experience with Dr. Michael Berzansky. He is incredibly caring and thorough, and I felt completely confident in his expertise. The office is equipped with state of the art technology, which made the whole exam process smooth and efficient. The staff is also excellent - super friendly, helpful and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality eye care and a great overall experience!
