Your employee Bob came out to our house today (Feb 2026) and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had run out of gas last night and were smelling gas and he came out to check the lines, pressure, etc and restart the pilots.
He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, personable and patient. He took the time to explain and didn’t ‘mansplain’.
