“I loved the amazing service I received here. I bought a rug at auction and brought it here to be cleaned. I mentioned that it had some issues and might need to have repairs done.
When we opened the rug he told me that I really didn’t need to have any repairs done. It was just the way the light was hitting the pile and cleaning would fix that.
So nice to meet an honest business man.
I had my rug cleaned and back to me in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price for a 9x12 wool rug.
Super impressed. Will tell my friends and family about this place.”

Special thanks to Dave Usdan who kept us informed throughout the entire process (especially with the insurance company), answered all of our questions and was so courteous and knowledgeable. Also wanted to mention Brian, the site manager, and Jim the project manager who were great to work with—professional, attentive and friendly! Lastly, the installation crew did an outstanding job—from arrival at 645am until they finished at 7pm, I’ve never seen such hard workers who were so meticulous from installation to clean up! “Carlos and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were able to fit us into a busy schedule and remove an entire 2nd floor of asbestos tile during a renovation project and kept us right on schedule. With only 24 hours notice, they worked on a weekend and late hours to make sure the job was done right. Afterwards we were given a certification and documentation of lab results and records. I will absolutely recommend Northeast Environmental to anyone that is in need of these types of services. They were great and really took care of us.”
