From the initial walk-through/brainstorming session for a living room addition, all the way through to project completion, Jason and his entire crew provided the best white glove service that we could have asked for. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unmatched. They over communicated and made sure we were in the know every step of the way. When we had to pivot a time or two because of how our original home was constructed, they provided options that fit into our budget that still produced the outcome we were going for. Great quality work and very easy to talk to when planning a project. Organized, fair and cleaning working environment. They always leave things neat. They work very efficiently and they are done in a timely manner with paying attention to how it is supposed to be done. I will definitely use them for more projects!
We contracted with Bartlett Contracting for of our window replacements and vinyl siding to replace the older tongue and grove cedar. The crews that came to perform the work were professional, courteous and very skilled. We had a few bumps in the road that were 3rd party related but Jason (owner) kept us informed, negotiated compensation for the delays and completed the job to our satisfaction. Under its current ownership, I highly recommend this company.
