I loved the idea of using an app to book our own hair appointment. I discovered all services were individually itemized so I had to book two slots to get wash and silk press. They were out of order but she fixed it. We got to a very clean facility with lots of parking. The facility had several stylists. This was our first time there. Once there we rang the bell and our stylist came out. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment and was serviced 10 minutes after the scheduled time. It took 4 hrs. I’ve been going to this stylist for over a year with no issues, but my last appointment was terrible. She left the relaxer on my hairline too long causing chemical breakage. The braiding foundation for the flip over sew in was wrong, and she used glue and product to hide the damage. When I addressed it, she gaslighted me and didn’t take responsibility. I paid $200 for a sloppy job and was offered protein treatments I never needed, plus a refund I never received.

This one star is for Sadonia . She was unprofessional, rude, bitter, and negative the whole time . She started my appointment 40 minutes after the scheduled time , RUSHED my service , didn’t do a proper or professional consultation , told me the price of the service AFTER completing the service , she charged me $35 jus to wash my hair w/o telling me beforehand , was yelling on the phone being very loud and unprofessional , made negative/hater comments toward my hair and outfit , very ROUGH handed and aggressive when washing my hair , and there’s only one bathroom in the whole suite .
