Took my cat in for an eye a jury with my spouse. When we got there we were told that it will take a three to four hour wait and that we were not allowed to leave and will not be let back in if we do. I found this ridiculous, but for my injured animal we made due. My spouse and I came directly from work and because we were busy did not have anything to eat all day. They took our animal and left us in a small stuffy room with the most two uncomfortable chairs. New England Vet Center provided the best ER care for our two dogs, both of whom had pneumonia. They received around the clock care, we received consistent communications from our vet, and while one passed away from a bad case, the other is surviving and doing well at home (Dr. Lynch is great!). It's awful to wait knowing your pet is at the ER, but we are so grateful for the care, compassion, kindness and attention we received. Dr. Lynch answered all of our questions and we are so grateful to have Scout back home. Thanks New England Vet Center!
