Everyone at Mike's Towing are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. From the moment I needed assistance, they made the whole process so much easier. The team was not only efficient but also genuinely caring. A special shout-out to the wonderful lady I spoke with over the phone today- she was so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. I recommend these people over anywhere else I've been for auto repair. Excellent work done fast and at a great price. They got my rear brake lines done for my 97 Ford Escort LX Wagon quicker and way cheaper than anywhere else I was quoted (and I shopped around heavily). If you're in Hartford County don't even think about it, just go!
Called about getting a vehicle towed and they recommended two other companies that were closer to my home to help save me some money. And still offered to help if I needed it. That is the true sign of a great company.
