Karen came recommended to me by family who had used her previously. She did a wonderful job on all of my wedding florals. I shared a few pictures for inspiration but really left it up to her and the bouquets she made were even better than I could’ve imagined. I received so many compliments on my wedding day on how beautiful they were. I could not recommend Karen and her shop more for any of your floral needs.

I dont usually write reviews but I had to share my experience with Jordan Florist
I contacted several florists on 4/9/25 in the Hartford Connecticut area and no one could guarantee that flowers would be delivered before my sister in laws funeral on 4/11/25. One of the places I called suggested I contact Jordan Florist. I called them on 4/10 and the young lady I spoke to said that she would look up the obituary and send the flowers to the funeral home handling things today to make sure they are delivered to the church on time. Noone else offered to do this for me. Good customer service is rare these days so I was pleasantly surprised by the lengths... read full review
