I gotta tell you about this amazing company. I ran out of heating oil and got a delivery from my usual place; however, I couldn't get the boiler to restart. I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. We use Fusco for our regular fill ups (they’ve always been great) but just had to call for an emergency fill on a Sunday. Customer service was great and the driver, José, was extremely kind and accommodating!! They saved us big time and will continue to give them our business. ????
