I was referred to Claudia and her firm by my attorney when my mother needed to be moved from an assisted living facility to a long term care facility. Claudia and her staff were invaluable in assisting with my mother's estate, especially the Medicaid application. They always made certain you understood the processes you decided were needed and carefully guided you every step on your way to immense relief that you really do have all needed future planning accomplished, ie, last will, advanced directives, guardianship, power of attorney, funding assistance with planning care needs for disabled family member and even final arrangements if one desired.
