I just made a new patient appointment and was thrilled with the assistance provided by Heather at the front desk! She listened, answered my many questions and was knowledgeable about the process. What a wonderful welcome to this office.
I saw Dr. Jackson Chen on October 24th for my annual wellness visit. Everything was updated, bloodwork and 1 test (bone density) ordered. He asked about any concerns I had, which I really didn’t have any at the time. Dr. Chen, as well as all staff I encountered, was prompt, professional, attentive and helpful!
Dr Chen is great and the staff are as well! Chen is extremely willing to discuss and explain diagnosis, plans of care, and figure out which medications will be best for you and your insurance. Getting an appointment is very easy as well, they can usually see you within a couple days. Coming from the Baystate primary care network, it's so refreshing being able to call the office, talk to a person almost immediately, and have an appointment to see a provider in a couple days.
