After waking up to an extra chilly house this morning, I checked the thermostat and it was 63*! We have a two month old & 6 year old & I H A T E the cold. I immediately called Top Tier thinking we were out of oil. We weren’t, but they topped us off and said our furnace was off for some reason but they got it back on and told me to call them if it turns off again. It turned off shortly later, so I let Scott know and he showed up immediately to fix the issue. That was before he new we had kids. He told us to let him know we have a baby next time and he would’ve rushed over sooner- I already felt like he took care of it super quick for us, but appreciated that big time. Not only do we recommend them, but we will be a loyal customer to them going forward. Very thankful for our warm house tonight. Thank you Scott!!
