After having multiple ThermoKing locations tell us they couldn't fix or they didn't have the parts and couldn't order them fast enough, this location came through! They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and fast. I'm grateful they took care of us and we're back in order!
Amazing costumer service, from the office staff to the technicians. They fixed our APU.
We got there around 10 in the morning and they did have a wait since we didn’t have an appointment. They were really busy which we understand since it’s the middle of summer.
They have a waiting area which is nice and they let us wait in there with our two cats.
By the time they where able to get to our truck it was pretty late (4pm) and they where gonna close soon (5pm) we where told that they would have to fix it till the next day since it was about a 2.5 hour job. Which is fine, but another night without cooling in the truck is rough.

Manager Bruce and technician Matt were very understanding, we explained our situation, really understood our plight, and helped save our trailer full of load because they took the time to listen to our concern and request.
