“I have been going to Bocasa for over 5 years now. I have gone to Fena the entire time and I rave about her. I have 5 girls and she handles my oldest 3 with so much professionalism and kindness. Fena is very meticulous with my nails and very seasoned. Fena treats us with such love we look at her like family. I have tried many nail salons and this is the only one that truly understood what I need and now my girls. I would follow fena anywhere.“

My daughter did kids pedicure and manicure with nail art.

It was out first ever experience together as father and daughter and Minao made it very memorable.

“Kieu and her staff are very professional. I have used Kieu for 2 years now. She is very efficient, she is a multitasker. I get a gel manicure and pedicure. I have always been happy with the result. They greet you when you come in and say goodbye upon leaving.“

“I brought my 96 year old neighbor to get a pedicure along with myself. They could not have been more accommodating by firstly opening the door so she could get in with her walker, helping her onto the chain which was very difficult for her, taking off and then putting her shoes back on when done. Ann who did her pedicure was patient and understanding. Took her time and was extremely gentle.

My pedicure with Amy was equally as wonderful.

The facility was bright and clean. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is I also had my upper lip waxed and the wax must have been too hot and burned my upper lip section in 2 spots.
I did not know this until I got into the car to drive home. I know she knew she it was extremely obvious, but choose not say anything.
I should not have been charged for it.
Over the next few days it scabbed over. It looked very unpleasant.

But my overall experience was positive and I would definitely go back.“

“I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the experience we had at Visual Changes Salon, especially with Jasmine. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and getting her to a hair appointment can sometimes be challenging—but Jasmine was absolutely wonderful with her.

She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with such dignity and warmth. It meant more than I can put into words.

And on top of that—my mom’s hair looked beautiful afterward! It was styled so nicely and truly brought a smile to her face (and mine). I can't thank Jasmine enough for turning what could have been a stressful experience into something so positive and special.

“I am super picky about my nails I haven’t found anyone like Shani and her team. Want a pedicure? No menu everyone gets stones and exfoliation. All services you get paraffin wax, no asking to get your cuticles cut with an up charge. My go to is dip manicure with a sticker on 2 nails and pedicure it’s about $100 before tip. She’s affordable, kind, great at what she does. I’ve been coming for over a year now and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in CT“

He uses a wheelchair and the salon is very accessible and easy to enter. The decor is beautiful and the reception desk always makes us feel special! We highly recommend!“

“I’ve been coming here for years. The cleanest nail spa I have found. It is so clean and does not have a chemical smell. The staff is so friendly and they do a fabulous paint job!
They have an atm. Quiet spa music. HGTV on the wall, but sound is muted.
I’ve tried a few other places….and ended up with an infection, dirty spa and bad smells.
You can’t go wrong with Twinkle Nail and Spa!“
