Michael Calamita came out right on time. The situation was immediately identified. As he proceeded to resolve the issue, he explained what he was doing to correct it. He was very professional.
The tech arrived during scheduled time, checked my a/c system, and determined my unit needed more freon. He added some more freon and finished the maintenance in a professional manner.
Great experience. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through his diagnosis and helped me understand the problem. Once he found the problem he quickly repaired the issue.
