five stars to Bobby for thawing a frozen pipe and in a follow up visit installing heating tape and insulation to fix problem once and for all! He answered all my questions and was respectful and good humored.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Saved Us Just in Time! I cannot recommend Aiello and their technician, Thomas Vela, highly enough! Our furnace stopped working in the middle of last night, right before a massive freeze with forecasted lows of 2°F. We were panicking and called several other companies who either didn't answer or simply never showed up. Everything changed when we called Aiello at 7:00 AM: * Promptness: Thomas was onsite by 11:00 AM. * Efficiency: He had the entire issue diagnosed and fixed before 1:00 PM—less than 6 hours after our initial call! * Professionalism: Thomas was wonderful to work with. Serviceman Edgar arrived on time, professional as he serviced our AC, furnace and hot water heater explaining every things he was doing and took pictures (before and after) Very courteous and clean. Would recommend him and AIELLO wholeheartedly.
