Your staff is outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Special thanks to your Nurse Sophie whose extraordinary skill, warmth and compassion are exceptional. There wasn’t even the hint of a bruise at the site of the infusion. Your staff took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process appear easy. There was virtually nothing for me to do. This is my second year getting my Rituxan infusion for my RA at Vivo Infusion in Wilton, CT. They are all absolutely wonderful…from the girls at the front desk to all the nurses. Checking in is always quick and easy and the nurses (Sophie & Rosina) are so kind, caring and very attentive. My infusion takes approximately 5 hours and Sophie made sure I was comfortable the entire time between getting me a heated blanket and offering snacks and something to drink. Both Sophie and Rosina are always so pleasant and make you feel at home. I highly recommend Vivo Infusion!! The staff is so awesome, the office is super clean and the parking is great too!!!
Top notch place. The receptionist was very friendly with the biggest smile. I got in to my appointment 20 minutes early. My nurse was knowledgeable and very sympathetic. The chairs are comfy and great. They give you a warm blanket!!
