I reached out to DVS Appliance about an issue I had with my refrigerator door scraping against my freezer door on my Thermador refrigerator/freezer, and they were able to quickly schedule an appointment to come take a look.
Mateo arrived at the scheduled time (and also gave me a call beforehand to let me know he was on his way) and I showed him the issue I was having with my refrigerator/freezer. Within 15 min of taking a look, not only had he identified the issue, but he had also made the necessary adjustments to the doors to ensure they would not scrape against each other. Our LG washing machine was leaking from one of the inlet valves. After calling all the usual suspects in the greater Danbury area (and being told that nobody carried parts for my washer) I had resigned myself to ordering the part online and having to wait several days until it arrived. Then I scrolled down my phone one more time and saw DVS in my search. I called and left a last ditch message. A few minutes later my phone dinged with a text from Merylin who said that their phone line was not working well, but how could she help me (!!). I briefly explained my problem and texted a few pics. I have NEVER had such a satisfying experience with any appliance company. Matt is thorough, responsible, kind and talented. Over the years, he has repaired my dryer, refrigerator dishwasher and helped my husband with his grill. He is patient and reliable. I won’t hesitate to call again.
