Ven was very responsive and helpful. He installed a new hard drive, did a cleaning, and backed up all my files onto an external hard drive. He will also install a new battery soon. My HP computer is already functioning like new. I recommend Ven for any computer repairs.

I can not recommend Best-Teks and its owner Ven enough. He certainly knows his stuff! I dropped my iPad and shattered the screen. It seemed impossible but Ven had no problem fixing it. He is just so nice and kind and intelligent. Thank you!
