Exceptional service I am stunned. These guys (especially Ven) go above and beyond and are so helpful and insightful. Ven specifically helped me with repairing my 2021 macbook pro, and even offered an appointment to help me create a plan to properly set up and temperature-regulate my multi-mini pc business. You can tell they truly care and go above and beyond in every way possible to provide the best service they can; they give you the connection and swift attention you just can't get at the big places.

Fantastic experience. Excellent service and it’s very difficult not to enjoy talking to the owner. Got my PC cleaned and factory reset in half the time we expected it to take. My 8 year old computer now runs much better than it did thanks to this man!
Ven was very responsive and helpful. He installed a new hard drive, did a cleaning, and backed up all my files onto an external hard drive. He will also install a new battery soon. My HP computer is already functioning like new. I recommend Ven for any computer repairs.
