This funeral went above and beyond in taking care of my sons preparations. The staff was professional, easy to communicate with, and understood the grief of the family. They put together an exceptional powerpoint presentation with a collection of my sons pictures along with some bible quotes; all with comforting background music. Everything, from our initial meeting with them, to the procession to the burial place was top notch. They made the passing of my son an easier transition.

I just want to say what an amazing place this was. They are so heartfelt and make the whole process very easy for you. They let you know every step being taken and are checking in on you as well. They pulled a lot of strings for me and I was able to get my baby angel home, and for that I’m forever grateful. They really are the best.

Potter Funeral Home has been a fixture in Willimantic for as long as I can remember, and that’s a very long time. They were a rock and primary go to for all the arrangements associated with my mom’s recent passing. They handled funeral coordination previously for other family members going back to the 1970s.
I didn’t know half of the urgent matters that would suddenly be thrust upon me, but Ann and the rest of the Potter staff did. They performed like a general contractor, coordinating the various aspects of the funeral. The paperwork and legal details were mind boggling.
