The facility is very clean, with friendly staff who are always available to assist and encourage members. The environment is described as a little place on the planet, where members enjoy a positive and joyful atmosphere. The gym features a spacious layout with multiple machines, making workouts comfortable and enjoyable even during busy times. Members appreciate the helpful staff, including Cameron, Ashley, Felix, Sarah, and Brian, who are always friendly and responsive. The air flow is good, although the big fans can make it cold at times. Disinfectant stations are available for hygiene, and large TVs provide entertainment. Many members, including older individuals, find the gym a hidden gem, and some suggest adding more handicap spaces. The popular hydro massage is highly praised as a life changer. Overall, Planet Fitness is a well-run gym that keeps its members satisfied and engaged.

The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The recent equipment upgrade was much needed, especially the replacement of the equipment that were constantly out of order.
Recently, CNN was removed from the available TV options. No one at the front desk knew the reason. They asked me to contact the assistant regional manager, Michelle Green. I emailed her over a month ago and asked why CNN was removed from the TV line-up, but she never responded (rude and unprofessional). BTW, Fox news is on 3-4 TVs, just saying.
The staff here is extremely kind and welcoming! The environment very clean and everyone friendly, i highly recommend this spot, its a hidden gem! you guys are the Best, thank you so much for putting me on to the Hydro massage, it’s a life changer!
