Turned onto Tweety's by a friend because quite franky, fancy nail salons with high prices rank second in my book behind a no frills, no high cost mani/pedi spa. Works for me. I am fussy like most when it comes to my nails and am always pleased with their services. I get a million compliments on my nails too.
