First time visit. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable manicure and pedicure appointment. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.I received a manicure and pedicure from Romania and was very impressed with her attention to detail and care. She was even so kind to assist with my ingrown toenails.During my appointment there seemed to be regulars who enjoyed the same calming atmosphere and authentic customer service. This was our first time there, my 7 year old daughter & I went for manicures, and they were fantastic. Super friendly- we were welcomed right at the door, the staff and the other patrons were chatty with my daughter. Clearly some of the other patrons were regulars and the staff called them by name. And our manicures are beautiful. We will absolutely be going again.

We've been customers at Iris for years! They are so consistently good that others could really learn from them. Miss Kellie is always around and keeps the team moving. They never dawdle but they also never make you feel like you're being rushed. The salon is always spotlessly clean. It almost never smells like polish. If I could just relax when people were touching my feet, it would be a perfect experience but that's on me!
