“2 nd part to the post a positive outcome at the bottom<br>An interesting review I had an electric panel upgrade looked good but afterwards the dryer did not work!<br>I personally checked the dryer female receptacle and had only one leg attached to the new breaker panel.a new Time Dale electrician came out to confirm my complaint and found the 240 dryer connection only attached to one leg 20 amp breaker the other leg left hanging in the panel.<br>The wire was 12 gauge existing on a 30 amp circuit.<br>This now required a 10 gauge 4 wire rework.<br>The master electrician knew the wire was to the dryer because I informed him while pointing it out in the existing 3 buss fuse box.nothing was said.<br>I already paid for the fuse changeover and if told I could have run the 4 wire 10 gauge to the panel myself while the master electrician was there since the wire was existing at the panel.<br>My issue is the new journeyman electrician very nice individual now a new charge as though it was a brand new job.<br>Why did the master electrician not say there was an issue or leave the wire unattached and only one leg attached? Where is the Tine Dale consideration for incomplete work paid for in a complete changeover?<br>$635.00 in addition to finish the work not completed<br>They did not quote me a price to complete this upgrade . I believe someone should have reviewed what was not done and what would have been the proper pricing for the competition accordingly .thank you for reviewing and hopefully reconsidering this outcome.I felt the complete changeover was priced in line but the additional charge to fix an omission of service was excessive .<br>After my conversation with Corey at Tine Dale<br>He understood all of the issues and what was not completed that caused the Dryer circuit not to be energized correctly.<br>The additional fee charged was waived and the job will be re inspected and corrected.<br>Thank you Corey for your understanding and professionalism.
