. Two workers came in to do some work on the toilet . It started leaking several months later . We called multiple times to have them return, Frank would promise to come back and never did. Then ghosted all together after 5 calls . Had to get someone new from scratch

Terrible service and quality. Also overpriced. When a leak occurred following his work he fixed it but denied responsibility and ignored my repeated attempts to get his insurance to pay for our permanently damaged hardwood floors.Services: Faucet installation

Read the other reviews. Rude and condescending unless my husband is home. Terrible service, Frank was completely rude and unprofessional in my home. I have asked for him not to come back to our home and to send a different technician (fair enough reasoning with children in the home) but guess who still shows up every time? I don’t want someone like that coming into my home for repairs, They haven’t found a solution to my issue in the 3 times they have visited, but I’m charged labor every time.
