I came in to get a button on my shirt which cost $15 for ONE which also took A WEEK. Im not even complaining about the price or how long it took but i was unhappy with how it came out as someone with a larger chest, you could see gaps between the buttons. I came back the next day to try to get it fixed or refunded and was told to come later that day to talk to the owner which i did. She was rude, dismissive and just very unprofessional from the moment i walked in. I even had to tell her to calm down and not talk to me that way as I was not even arguing with her. Unprofessional, discourteous, and outrageously expensive for the low quality of service provided. They took 5 months to get my leather piece back to me because the company to which they outsource their leather cleaning put it into storage. Rather than being up front about this, they lied over and over again, just asking me to come back next week. So 6 visits later they said they would call when delivered but never did. When the piece finally came back they had the nerve to still charge me with some dinky $5 discount. Do not give this operation your business.

Fabulous cleaners! They were amazing with all my daughter's bridal wear. From her wedding shower through to the Sunday post wedding brunch for out-of-towners -They altered meticulously, cleaned, preserved her wedding dress-they're just great and very accommodating! 5 stars!!!Services: Clothes pressing
