“Penny was so nice and accommodating helping me to locate her shop when Google Maps sent me to the neighboring plaza and throughout the process of getting my gel mani and pedi done. I brought images of what I wanted, and she executed them flawlessly. Her shop is cozy and clean.”
“I've been a client of The Waxing Spot in Westport for over 16 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From my very first visit to today, I have always felt genuinely appreciated, valued, and well cared for.
The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service is truly exceptional. The owners have created a welcoming environment where every aspect of the client experience is handled with care and precision. Their commitment to excellence is evident in everything they do.
What I especially appreciate is that the outstanding service extends beyond the owners themselves. Every member of their team is talented, skilled, and dedicated to providing a great experience. No matter who performs the service, I know I am in capable hands.
Sixteen years later, I continue to be impressed by the consistency, quality, and personal attention I receive. The Waxing Spot has set the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like, and I am grateful to have found them all those years ago.”
