All the ladies are true perfectionists here. The salon is very quiet and relaxing, peaceful experience altogether. I never feel rushed in any of my experiences. they do not over book themselves. It's definitely not a chop shop salon... The salon is very clean to my eyes... They really do a great job. Highly recommended.

Lois is the best Nail Technician ever!!This is my third time coming here & she always gives the best manicure!Lois has been Consistent with her professionalism & attentiveness with my service.I never feel that I’m being rushed & her skills compare to none out here in Fairfield county.Nail Factory is my to go to for nail services hands down.Highly recommend this nail salon to everyone, Thank you again Lois!!!

The nicest nail salon I’ve ever been to. They are so sweet and communicative and the design turned out perfect. The woman helping me (forgot to ask her name!) kept checking in with me to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. Come ready with a design in mind because they are very busy— and with good reason! Soothing music and atmosphere. In spite of how busy they are, they take their time with you.
