I brought my white north face jacket to clean and i got back the same dirty jacket i brought, not clean at all and i was charged $40 :/

I went to Green Elegance Cleaners to have my wedding dress dry cleaned and the result was a ripped dress (in two places) and the small amount of dirt on the dress was not removed. When I went to the cleaners to show them the rips and ask for a refund, the store manager never apologized. I was treated with disrespect, which might have been even more upsetting than the fact that they completely ruined my wedding dress. Please do not patronize this terrible establishment, as I do not wish the same experience on any person.
