I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful experience we had. Brought my little girl in to get stitches and they could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. What could have been one of the most traumatic experiences was handled with the greatest care and compassion. Thank you to Dr. O’Connell and your exceptional staff. Dr. O’Connell and his APRN went above and beyond for our family. After our toddler had an accident over the weekend, they met us at his office on a Saturday night after hours to perform the suturing. Their professionalism, technical skill, and bedside manner were exceptional. They took great care to ensure the best cosmetic outcome while keeping our child comfortable and at ease. We are extremely thankful for their generosity with their time and their outstanding care. Highly recommend.
