He never tries to oversell, he listens patiently, answers questions with authority and always makes you feel safe. His staff is just as wonderful, Esther at the front desk, who is the first one to greet you always has a smile and is overly helpful! Then we have the wonderful nurse Heather. I am so happy with my experience with Dr. O’Connell and his entire staff. Most of all I am incredibly grateful that he really listened to what I wanted, explained the options and the risks and didn’t put pressure on me to do above and beyond what I was looking have done.
