Professionalism beyond our expectations. We live 2hrs away from this Dr. O’Connells’ location- it is worth the trip. My wife wanted the best- deserved the best, and what we experienced was just that. From the facility, the office staff, Mary and Heather, and of course Dr. O’Connell there wasn’t a question we had that went unanswered. And the professional handling of pre op worries and anxious thoughts, was quelled in a manner that only decades of experience can soothe.
Communications throughout the entire process both pre op / post op was a proper example of what modern medicine should be. I can’t speak highly enough.

Dr O'Connell listens to your concerns and issues and offers safest and most effective options. He takes the time to answer all questions and doesn't oversell any procedures. The work he has done on me is outstanding!
Having been to other resources, Dr. O'Connell is by far the best!He spends time with you, listens, makes suggestions withoutoverselling and has a great personality. I wish I had met with him years ago, but the good thing is... I have now. His staff is equally as nice and prepared. If you are looking for an honest plastic surgeon I would take the time to meet with him...:)
