Dr DiFrancesca is knowledgeable but he is human. He made a mistake on custom Orthotics which did the opposite of its intended purpose. It caused misalignment and so much pain that I had difficulty standing or walking while breaking them in. Telling him the problem, he charged me an office visit to correct his mistake. The office is more concerned about making money any way they can instead of concern for patient care. They make more money by making incorrect judgments and getting you to return for correction. Dr DiFrancesca Is Always Pleasant, Professional And Thorough. I Like How He Takes The Time To Explain Your Problem Using Medical Terminology But Explaining It So That You Understand. I Have Been A Patient Of His Well Over 10 Years And Would Highly Recommend Him!

Probably one of the best Dr. office visits, I've ever experienced. Very time efficient, but the knowledge from Dr. did Francesca was detailed and informative. I left with no more pain in the bottom of my foot and a plan for long term care. Would definitely recommend!
